GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Redemption
Gift Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on prairiehighschool.patronstore.com. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. Your Gift Card balance can be viewed from within the Patron Store Shopping Bag.
Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or applied to any order containing another Gift Card. Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and only prior to first use.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
Fraud
We have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases.
Limitation of Liability
THE PATRON STORE™ MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
Amendment
The Patron Store™ may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions, and you should periodically visit this page to examine the then-current Terms of Use by which you are bound. Certain provisions of these Terms of Use may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Site.
Applicable Law and Venue
The interpretation and construction of these Terms of Use and any transaction (including purchases made on this Site) using or related to this Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, exclusive of its conflicts of laws or choice of laws provisions that would or may cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Oregon. You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by and resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Oregon. By using this Site, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Oregon courts with respect to any such dispute.
